Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mmk13 (https://mmk13.vip) and any person ("player" or "you") who uses the platform. By accessing, browsing, or playing on this platform in any way, you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not continue using the platform. mmk13 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any amendments will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility Requirements
1Age Requirement
Players must be 21 or older to use the mmk13 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from playing. mmk13 reserves the right to suspend accounts of ineligible players and hold any associated funds without providing any service prior to age verification.
2Geographic Restrictions
This platform is intended for players in Myanmar. Players from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law may not use this platform. It is each player's own responsibility to ensure that using this platform is lawful in their location.
3One Account Per Player
Each individual player may open only one personal account at mmk13. If we find that the same person has opened multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be suspended and no funds remaining in any of them will be paid out.
Account Registration and Management
4Accurate Information Required
Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. Misrepresentation or falsification of any information is not permitted. If such activity is found, mmk13 has the right to immediately close that account.
5Account Security
Players must keep their username and password confidential. Players are responsible for all activities carried out on their account. If unauthorized access to the account is detected, mmk13 must be notified immediately.
6Account Closure
Players may contact mmk13 customer service at any time to close their account voluntarily. If there is a remaining balance in the account to be closed, it will be paid out in accordance with mmk13's withdrawal policy.
Deposits and Withdrawals
7Deposits
Deposit methods available at mmk13 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits can be processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). The account name and payment name must match.
8Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10–45 minutes. Before making a withdrawal, players must have successfully completed identity verification.
9Anti-Money Laundering
mmk13 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. mmk13 has the right to investigate any deposit or withdrawal, and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
10Welcome Bonus
mmk13's welcome bonus gives 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Therefore, with a 20,000 Ks bonus, 400,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal.
11Bonus Restrictions
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- The bonus is credited immediately after the deposit is made, and mmk13 reserves the right to cancel it until a withdrawal is requested.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, mmk13 may cancel the bonus amount and release only the remaining balance.
- If only the deposited amount is withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will not be returned.
12Other Promotions
VIP Cashback, Referral bonus and other promotions will run under their own specific terms, which will be stated on each promotion's page. mmk13 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion with prior notice.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
13Fair Play Policy
mmk13 is committed to providing a fair and transparent environment for all players. Game results are calculated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and the protection of players' funds is always the top priority.
14Prohibited Actions
Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following actions —
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or game systems
- Playing using bots or automation software
- Bonus abuse with the intent of extracting funds from bonuses
- Using a bank account or payment method that does not belong to the player
- Threatening, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward, mmk13 staff or other players
- Using the platform for criminal activity or money laundering
If any of the above actions are found to have been carried out, the account will be immediately suspended and the funds in that account may be confiscated.
Personal Information Protection

Personal information provided by players is protected and maintained in accordance with mmk13's privacy policy. This personal information will not be shared with third parties for any purpose without the player's consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law, law enforcement, or financial regulatory authorities.
16SSL Encryption
The mmk13 platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect players' funds and personal information. Protecting players' funds is always a top priority.

Responsible Gaming and Limitation of Liability

mmk13 is not responsible for any life problems, financial losses, or unmet expectations experienced by players. The player acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the outcomes of their own gameplay.
mmk13's liability in connection with unexpected events arising from platform technical faults, network issues, or scheduled server downtime is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19Service Suspension
mmk13 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, technical improvements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any games in progress during such a suspension will be resolved in accordance with mmk13's policy.
Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
20Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Players are personally responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction, and bear full responsibility for any liability arising from a breach of those laws.
21Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising between a player and mmk13 must first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, legal proceedings may be pursued. During the dispute resolution period, the player may not request that mmk13's actions be cancelled.
